Recently, electrical power consumption has been expected to be growing within the upcoming decades driving by high demand and rise of population. Currently, major concern related used energy resources is poor sustainability depletion for fossil fuel which represent main source generation. Therefore, need increase use optimize renewable systems have become greater than ever. In Malaysia, hydro are available, easy utilized. this study, a new turbine model design using SolidWorks proposed tested under several operating conditions. Basis that study predominantly follows existing Kaplan due alikeness condition suitability range in attained numeral fall under. Nonetheless, instillation additional feature model, namely baffle plate was made further unlock potential model. Structural analysis selected materials comprising Stress-Strain performed. The blade displacement internal flow behavior also included. From conditions, theorized output approximately 882.9kW with runner's torque 16733.45Nm. Analysis result involving influence fluid entry angle on performance indicated form trajectory, density accumulated Supporting simulated outcome following simulation conducted boundary conditions obtained from earlier theoretical calculations.
